Rigel Soft Inc. (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') is engaged in system development, software development support, ERP/CRM system implementation and operational support, as well as external collaboration and sales promotion services X-Base, and internal core system E-Base, and complies with the Personal Information Protection Law and this policy regarding the handling of personal information.

1. Prohibition of Use Beyond Purpose

The Company will clearly define the purpose of handling personal information and will not handle personal information beyond the necessary scope to achieve the defined purpose (use beyond purpose). We will also take measures to prevent use beyond purpose.

2. Regarding the Acquisition, Use, and Provision of Personal Information

When acquiring personal information, the Company will do so by lawful and fair means, and in cases of providing to third parties or outsourcing, will clearly state the necessary matters and obtain consent.

3. Compliance

The Company will comply with laws regarding the protection of personal information, guidelines established by the government, and other norms.

4. Proper Management of Personal Information

The Company will manage the personal information handled in an appropriate manner, prevent leakage, loss, damage, and unauthorized access to personal information, and take necessary and appropriate safety measures.

5. Response to Complaints and Inquiries

The Company will establish a contact point for complaints and inquiries and will respond to complaints and consultations.
