CLOUD SECURITY POLICY

Rigel Soft Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') establishes the following Cloud Security Basic Policy as a sub-policy under the information security basic policy set by the Company to maintain and improve the necessary security standards for providing cloud services and related services, and will implement continuous efforts.

About Design and Implementation

Considering the information security requirements from customers, we will apply them to the design and implementation of cloud services.

About Risks

We will implement appropriate management measures for risks identified in risk assessments.

About Environmental Isolation

In the cloud service environment, we provide customers with independent areas, and access outside the area is not permitted.

About Access to Customer Assets by Internal Personnel

The Company will not access customer accounts (including this data) except as stipulated in the cloud service usage agreement for the resolution of cloud service issues.

About Access Control Procedures

We will establish appropriate authentication methods for the cloud services used by customers.

About Various Change Notifications to Customers

We will notify customers of various notifications regarding the cloud services used through postings on the Company's service homepage, etc.

About Virtualization Security

We will maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information on cloud services.

About Data Protection

Based on the scope of responsibility stipulated in the cloud service usage agreement, we will implement appropriate access management and protection of data handled in cloud services.
