Rigel Soft Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') is engaged in system development, software development support, ERP/CRM system implementation and operation support, as well as external collaboration and sales promotion services such as X-Base, and the provision of internal core system E-Base, and complies with the Personal Information Protection Law and this policy regarding the handling of personal information.

1. Prohibition of Unauthorized Use

The Company will clarify the purpose of use regarding the handling of personal information and will not handle personal information beyond the necessary scope for achieving the established purpose of use (unauthorized use). We will also take measures to prevent unauthorized use.

2. Acquisition, Use, and Provision of Personal Information

When acquiring personal information, the Company will do so by lawful and fair means, and in the case of providing to third parties or outsourcing, will clearly state the necessary matters and obtain consent.

3. Compliance

The Company will comply with laws concerning the protection of personal information, guidelines established by the government, and other norms.

4. Proper Management of Personal Information

The Company will manage the personal information handled in an appropriate manner, prevent leakage, loss, damage, and unauthorized access, and take necessary and appropriate safety measures.

5. Response to Complaints and Inquiries

The Company has established a contact point for complaints and inquiries and will respond to complaints and consultations.
